NH PETERBOROUGH — The Peterborough Select Board adopted revised building permit and escalation policies after extensive public testimony from contractors and residents. Chair Tyler Ward and members Bill Kennedy and Bonnie Tucker voted unanimously to adopt the policies, with the Escalation Policy establishing a review path for permits delayed ten or more working days. Town Planner Danica Miller presented operational data showing the building department issued 63 permits and performed 165 inspections during a representative ten-week sample, with Building Inspector Tim Herlihy noted for 15 years of municipal inspection experience.
