Library trustees approve spring reports, plan collection system change

NH PETERBOROUGH — Peterborough Library Board approves spring reports and outlines collection reorganization. Director Corinne Chronopoulos reported successful Library of Things launch and summer programming including adult and teen crafternoons, a new volunteer-led collage and mixed media program for ages 16 and up, and partnerships with Cornucopia, Mariposa, Avenue A, and the Recreation Department. The board approved plans to reorganize 8,000 nonfiction books from Dewey Decimal to a browser-based system.
Friends of the Library reported 42 lifetime members and 89 annual members with newly elected Vice Chair Kathy Allen.
