EDA advances Job Fair and business recognition initiatives

NH PETERBOROUGH — Peterborough EDA advances Job Fair and business awards program. The committee approved preparations for the April 23 Job Fair at ConVal High School gymnasium, with five businesses already registered to participate. The committee expressed enthusiasm for a new "Town Favorite" business awards program using community-driven categories.

Trisha Cheever reported the EDA is exploring quarterly workshops for local entrepreneurs as winter business activity slowed due to lack of snow and economic concerns, though spring and summer bookings remain strong.
